Beaches
With its huge tidal range and proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, Jersey has some of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches in the world. It's easy to get stuck into a routine of commuting between home and work without making the most of this incredible natural environment. I love being outdoors and if the tide is out then sessions on the beach are a must.
Cliff Paths
The undulations and breathtaking views on offer from Jersey's many cliff paths provide a perfect
training venue. Here training will always be varied and can be very private.
Parks
With a bit of imagination parks can be the perfect training ground. Benches, steps and some green space can all be used to give you an effective work out.
Sand Dunes
There's nothing quite like running on soft sand to raise your heart rate! Training on the dunes will improve your power, core stability and proprioception.
Green Lanes
Jersey's network of green lanes provide a safe and pleasant way to enjoy the countryside. You can cycle, run or walk along these for an hour and not see a car.
Gym
For those who prefer to train indoors I can arrange for sessions to be held in a private gym in St Ouen.
Your Home
If time is valuable to you I am happy to come and carry out training sessions in your own home and garden.
